The LMR36006FSC3RNXRQ1 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. The device has integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs and is capable of delivering up to 0.6A of output current over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 60V. Tolerant up to 66V.

The LMR36006FSC3RNXRQ1 uses a peak current mode control scheme to provide optimum efficiency and output voltage accuracy. The LMR36006-Q1 utilizes advanced high-speed circuitry to regulate from 20V input to 5V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz. Precision enables provide flexibility by allowing direct connection to wide input voltages or precise control of device startup and shutdown. A power good status flag with built-in filtering and delay provides a true indication of system status without the need for external monitors.

The LMR36006FSC3RNXRQ1 is housed in a HotRod™ package for low EMI, higher efficiency and an ultra-small package-to-die ratio.
