Product Details

The LTC3310SEV-1#PBF is a very small, low noise, monolithic step-down DC/DC converter capable of delivering 10A of output current from up to a 2.25V to 5.5V input supply. The device uses Silent Switcher 2 architecture with internal hot loop bypass capacitors for low EMI and high efficiency at high switching frequencies such as 5MHz. For systems with higher power requirements, multiphase parallel converters are easy to implement. The LTC3310S uses a constant frequency, peak current mode control architecture for fast transient response. A 500mV reference allows low voltage outputs. 100% duty cycle operation provides low dropout voltage.
