The NCV6323DMTAAWTBG is a synchronous buck converter optimized to supply different subsystems of portable applications powered by one Li-Ion or three Alkaline/NiCd/NiMH batteries. The device is capable of current regulation up to 2 A externally. Operation at 3 MHz switching frequency allows the use of small inductors and capacitors. The input supply voltage uses feed-forward control to handle a wide input voltage range. Synchronous rectification improves system efficiency.
