The MAX20004AFOD/VYE offers programmable or fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V. The frequency is fixed internally at 2.1MHz (or 400kHz, 2.3MHz or 3MHz), allowing the use of small external components, reducing output ripple and guaranteeing no AM interference. The MAX20004AFOD/VY automatically enters skip mode at light loads and features an ultra-low quiescent current of 10µA at no load. This family, including the MAX20408/MAX20410, is available pin-to-pin compatible in current ranges from 4A to 10A in single-phase configurations and up to 20A in dual-phase configurations. These devices are also optimized for phase operation with very high current sharing accuracy. These devices can be ordered with spread spectrum frequency modulation designed to minimize EMI radiated emissions due to the modulated frequency.
