The TPS54360BQDDARQ1 is a 60-V, 3.5-A step-down regulator with integrated high-side MOSFET. The device can withstand load-dump pulses up to 65V per ISO 7637. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. A low-ripple pulse-skipping mode reduces no-load supply current to 146µA. Shutdown supply current drops to 2µA when the enable pin is pulled low.

Undervoltage lockout is internally set to 4.3V, but can be increased with an external resistor divider on the enable pin. The output voltage start-up ramp is internally controlled for controlled start-up and elimination of overshoot.
