The LMR23630APQDRRRQ1 SIMPLE SWITCHER® is an easy-to-use 36V, 3A synchronous buck regulator. With a wide input range of 4V to 36V, the device is suitable for voltage regulation of unregulated supplies in applications ranging from industrial to automotive. Peak current mode control is used for simple control loop compensation and cycle-by-cycle current limit. Its low 75µA quiescent current makes it suitable for battery-powered systems. The device also features a constant frequency FPWM mode for small output voltage ripple at light loads.
