The TPS62152AQRGTRQ1 device is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter optimized for applications. The high switching frequency, typically 2.5MHz, allows the use of small inductors and provides fast transient response and high output voltage accuracy through the use of DCS-Control™ topology.

With a wide operating input voltage range of 3 to 17 V, the TPS62152AQRGTRQ1 is ideal for systems powered by mid-bus power rails. Its output voltage ranges from 0.9V to 6V and supports up to 1A of continuous output current (using 100% duty cycle mode).

The TPS62152AQRGTRQ1 output voltage start-up slope is controlled by the soft-start pin, enabling operation as a standalone power supply or in tracking configuration. Power sequencing is also possible through configuration enable and open-drain power good pins.
