The TPS62933ODRLR is an easy-to-use high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter with a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 30V and supports up to 2A (TPS62932) and 3A (TPS62933 and TPS62933x) of continuous output current and 0.8V to 22V output voltage .

The device employs constant frequency peak current control mode for fast transient response and excellent line and load regulation. Internal loop compensation is optimized, eliminating the need for external compensation components.

The TPS62933ODRLR operates in pulse frequency modulation mode to achieve high light load efficiency. The TPS62933F operates in forced continuous current modulation mode to maintain low output ripple under all load conditions. The TPS62933O operates in Out-of-Audio mode to avoid audible noise.

The ULQ (ultra-low quiescent) feature of the TPS62933ODRLR is beneficial for extending battery life. From 200kHz to 2.2MHz, the RT pin can be configured to set the switching frequency to optimize system efficiency, solution size and bandwidth. The soft-start time of the TPS62932, TPS62933, and TPS62933F can be adjusted by an external capacitor on the SS pin. The TPS62932, TPS62933, TPS62933P, and TPS62933O feature a spread-spectrum spectrum that helps reduce EMI noise.
