The TPS61170QDRVRQ1 is a monolithic high-voltage switching regulator with integrated 1.2-A/40-V power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET). The device can be configured in several standard switching regulator topologies including boost and SEPIC. Through its wide input voltage range, the device supports applications requiring output voltage from multi-cell batteries or regulated 5-V/12-V rails.

The TPS61170QDRVRQ1 operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz, allowing the use of low-profile inductors and low-value ceramic input and output capacitors.
