The LMZ12001TZ-ADJ/NOPB SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Module is an easy-to-use step-down DC/DC solution capable of delivering up to 1A of load current with exceptional power conversion efficiency, line and load regulation, and output precision.

The LMZ12001TZ-ADJ/NOPB adopts an innovative packaging mode, which improves thermal performance and can be hand-soldered or machine-soldered.

The LMZ12001TZ-ADJ/NOPB is suitable for input voltages from 4.5V to 20V and provides an adjustable high-precision output voltage down to 0.8V. The LMZ12001 requires only 3 external resistors and 4 external capacitors to implement a power solution. The LMZ12001 is a reliable, robust design with the following protection features: thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limit and allows pre-biased voltage output start-up. A single resistor adjusts the switching frequency up to 1 MHz.
