Describe:

The TCAN1146DRQ1 is a family of enhanced high-speed CAN FD transceivers supporting data rates up to 5 Mbps. These devices are configured using the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), allowing full functionality to be used. By applying an appropriate voltage to the VIO pin, the TCAN114x-Q1 can support processor IO nominal voltages from 1.8V to 5V, allowing the use of low-power processors.

TCAN1146DRQ1 has a transceiver that supports selective wake-up (able to wake up based on the WUF flag). This feature allows the system to be partially networked and run with fewer nodes in the active state, while the remaining nodes are in a low-power sleep mode. The transceiver and selective wake-up function meet the specifications of the ISO 11898-2:2016 standard.

The TCAN1146DRQ1 is a full-featured device supporting watchdog and advanced bus diagnostic functions. To facilitate debugging, advanced bus diagnostics and communication functions can be used to identify specific bus faults.

The TCAN1146DRQ1 is a family of register-compatible enhanced high-speed CAN FD transceivers, giving system designers the flexibility to implement desired functionality with minimal software changes and no hardware modifications. The TCAN1144-Q1 and TCAN1146-Q1 inhibit (INH) pins can be used to enable node power, or configured as limp home pins for watchdog errors.
