The LFD2NX-40-8MG121C Lattice Certus-NX FPGA supports various interfaces including PCI Express (Gen1, Gen2), SGMII (Gigabit Ethernet), LVDS, LVCMOS (0.9V–3.3V). Processing features of the device include up to 39k logic cells, 56 x 18×18 multipliers, 2.9Mb embedded memory (including EBR and LRAM blocks), distributed memory, DRAM interface (supports DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2 and LPDDR3, data width up to 1066Mbps x 16). These FPGAs feature fast configuration of SRAM-based reconfigurable logic fabrics and ultra-fast configuration of programmable sysI/O™ (less than 3ms).
