The LT8646SEV#WPBF synchronous buck regulator uses a second generation ultralow noise switching regulator architecture to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiency at high switching frequencies. These include integrated bypass capacitors to optimize all fast current loops internally and easily achieve the advertised EMI performance by eliminating layout sensitivity.

The LT8646SEV#WPBF fast, clean, low overshoot switching edges enable high efficiency operation even at high switching frequencies, providing a small overall solution. Peak current mode control with 40ns minimum on-time supports high step-down ratios even at high switching frequencies. The LT8646S provides external compensation, current sharing and fast transient response at high switching frequencies.

The LT8646SEV#WPBF Burst Mode® enables ultra-low standby power consumption, pulse-skipping mode supports full switching frequency at lower output loads, or spread-spectrum operation further reduces EMI emissions.
