The MAX32625ITKL  feature an Arm® Cortex®-M4 and FPU CPU that provide efficient signal processing, ultralow power, and ease of use. Flexible power modes, intelligent PMU and dynamic clock and power gating optimize performance and power consumption per application. The internal oscillator runs at 96MHz for high performance or 4MHz to maximize battery life in applications that require always-on monitoring.

MAX32625ITKLMultiple SPI, UART, I2C, 1-Wire® master, and USB interfaces are provided. A four-input, 10-bit ADC with selectable reference can monitor external sensors. All editions provide a hardware AES engine. The MAX32626 provides a secure Trusted Protection Unit (TPU) with fast ECDSA using a Modular Arithmetic Accelerator (MAA), a hardware PRNG entropy generator, and a secure bootloader. The MAX32625L offers a reduced 256KB Flash and 128KB SRAM.
