The PIC32CM5164JH01064-I/PT JH family of 5-V Cortex M0+ devices is designed for applications operating in noisy environments such as automotive and industrial. These products feature hardware for functional safety, including ECC and mBIST with fault injection and features for secure boot, and can be paired with safety ICs for safety applications. The PIC32CM JH offers a wide range of peripherals including CAN-FD, Peripheral Touch Control with Driven Shield Plus (PTC), Advanced Timer/Counters and SERCOM (USART, SPI, I2C and LIN). Supported by MPLAB X IDE, and MPLAB® Harmony.
