The STM32WB55CEU6 multiprotocol wireless and ultra-low-power device embeds a powerful ultra-low-power radio that complies with Bluetooth® LowEnergy SIG specification 5.2 and IEEE 802.15.4-2011. They contain a dedicated Arm®Cortex®-M0+ for all real-time low-level operations.

These devices consume very low power and are based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core running at frequencies up to 64 MHz. The core features support for all Arm® floating-point unit (FPU) single-precision single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for enhanced application security. Enhanced interprocessor communication is provided by IPCC with six bidirectional channels. HSEM provides hardware semaphores for sharing common resources between two processors.

These devices embed high-speed memory a Quad-SPI flash interface (available in all packages) and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals.
