The 13mm x 13mm package (ALW) version of the AM62x Sitara™ processor is an industrial-grade processor, while the 17.2mm x 17.2mm package (AMC) version is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified. Industrial and automotive functional safety requirements can be met using the integrated Cortex-M4F core and dedicated peripherals, both isolated from the rest of the AM62x processor.
