The STM32F767VIT6 device is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core clocked at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core features Arm®-enabled floating-point unit (FPU) double- and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU), which enhances application security.

The STM32F767VIT6 device integrates high-speed embedded memory with up to 2 MB of Flash, 512 KBSRAM (including 128 KB of data TCM RAM for critical real-time data), 16 KB of instruction TCM RAM (for critical real-time routines), 4 KB of backup Lowest power mode available for SRAM, and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripheral connections to two APB buses, two AHB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multi-layer AXI supporting internal and external memory access interconnection.
