The TAS5411-Q1 is a mono Class-D audio amplifier ideal for automotive emergency call (eCall), telematics, and dashboard applications. The device operates from a 14.4 VDC car battery and can deliver up to 8W into a 4Ω load with THD+N not exceeding 10%. The device has a wide operating voltage range and excellent efficiency, making it ideal for start-stop support or battery backup operation. Integrated load dump protection reduces the cost and size of external voltage clamping circuits, and onboard load diagnostics report speaker status via I2C.
