Product Description:

The LMR34206SC5QRNXRQ1 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. The device has integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs and can deliver high output currents over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 42V.

The LMR34206SC5QRNXRQ1 uses a peak current mode control scheme to provide optimum efficiency and output voltage accuracy. Precision enables provide flexibility by allowing direct connection to wide input voltages or precise control of device startup and shutdown. A power good status flag with built-in filtering and delay provides a true indication of system status without the need for an external monitor.

The LMR34206SC5QRNXRQ1 is housed in a HotRod™ package for low EMI, higher efficiency and the smallest package-to-die ratio.
