The TLV316-Q1 (single), TLV2316QDGKRQ1 (dual), and TLV4316-Q1 (quad) devices form a family of low-power general-purpose operational amplifiers. This device family combines features such as rail-to-rail input and output swings, low quiescent current (400µA typical per channel) with a wide bandwidth of 10MHz and ultralow noise (12nV/√Hz at 1kHz), resulting in Suitable for circuits requiring both fast characteristics and good power ratio. Low input bias current supports applications with source impedances as high as megohms. The TLVx316-Q1's low input bias current produces very low current noise, making this device family attractive for high-impedance sensor interfaces.
