Product Description:

The ISO6763FQDWRQ1 device is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator offering a 5000 VRMS isolation rating per UL 1577, ideal for cost-sensitive applications with such needs. These devices are also certified by VDE, TUV, CSA and CQC.

ISO6763FQDWRQ1 While isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, the ISO676x-Q1 devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions while featuring low power consumption. The logic input and output buffers for each isolation channel are separated by TI's dual-capacitor silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. The ISO676x family of devices is available in all possible pin configurations, so all six channels can be in the same direction, or one, two or three channels can be in reverse direction with the remaining channels in forward direction. Devices without the suffix F default to a high level, and devices with an F suffix default to a low level in the event of loss of input power or signal. ISO6763FQDWRQ1 These devices are used in conjunction with an isolated power supply to help prevent damage to sensitive circuits from noise currents on data buses such as CAN and LIN. With innovative chip design and layout techniques, the electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO676x-Q1 devices has been significantly enhanced to mitigate system-level ESD, EFT and surge issues and comply with emissions standards. The ISO676x-Q1 family of devices is housed in a 16-pin SOIC wide-body (DW) package and is a pin-to-pin upgrade from previous generations of devices.
