Product Description:

The STM32H755IIT6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 and Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC cores. The Cortex®-M7 core runs at up to 480 MHz and the Cortex®-M4 core runs at up to 240 MHz. Both cores feature a floating point unit (FPU) supporting Arm® single and double precision (Cortex®-M7 core) operations and conversions (IEEE754 compliant), including a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance applications program security.

STM32H755IIT6 devices contain high-speed embedded memory with 2 MB of dual-bank Flash, up to 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, up to 864 KB of user SRAM, and 4 KB of backup SRAM), as well as extensive enhanced I /O and peripheral connections to APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and multilayer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.

All STM32H755IIT6 devices offer three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, a low-power RTC, a high-resolution timer, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWMs for motors Timer control, five low-power timers, a true random number generator (RNG), and a crypto acceleration unit. The STM32H755IIT6 devices operate over a temperature range of –40 to +85 °C with a supply voltage of 1.62 to 3.6 V. The supply voltage can be reduced to 1.62 V by using an external power supply monitor (see Section 3.5.2: Power supply monitor) and connecting the PDR_ON pin to VSS. Otherwise, the supply voltage must remain above 1.71 V with the embedded supply voltage detector enabled. All packages offer USB (OTG_FS and OTG_HS) dedicated power inputs for more power options. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
