The STM32L151VCT6 ultra-low-power device integrates Universal Serial Bus (USB) and high-performance ARM® connectivity Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core running at 32 MHz (33.3 DMIPS), memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed Embedded memory (Flash up to 256 KB and RAM up to 32 KB) as well as a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals are connected to two APB buses.

The STM32L151VCT6 device provides two operational amplifiers, one 12-bit ADC, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, six general-purpose 16-bit timers and two basic timers, which can be used as time base.

The STM32L151VCT6 device includes standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2C, three SPI, two I2S, three USARTs and one USB.

The STM32L151VCT6 device provides up to 23 capacitive sensing channels simply adding touch sensing functionality to any application.
