Product Description:

The DRV3245AQPHPRQ1 device is a FET gate driver IC for three-phase motor drive applications, designed according to the ISO 26262 standard for functional safety applications. The device features three half-bridge drivers, each capable of driving high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, as well as advanced FET protection and monitoring features. The charge pump driver enables 100% duty cycle and low battery voltage during cold crank operation. With an integrated shunt amplifier, phase comparator, and SPI-based configuration and peripherals, this family of drivers eliminates most external and passive components, reducing bill of materials and printed circuit board (PCB) space .

The DRV3245AQPHPRQ1 device also integrates diagnostic and protection functions for the internal clock and provides support for common system diagnostic checks, both of which can be instantiated and reported via SPI. The flexibility of this integration feature allows the device to be seamlessly integrated into various security architectures.
