The OPA348AQDRQ1 family of devices are single-supply, low-power CMOS operational amplifiers. The OPAx348 family of devices features 1MHz extended bandwidth and 45µA supply current for low power applications operating from a single 2.1V to 5.5V supply.

The OPA348AQDRQ1 family of devices features a low supply current of 45µA and an input bias current of 0.5pA, making it ideal for low power, high impedance applications such as smoke detectors and other sensors.

The OPA348AQDRQ1 device is available in SOT23-5 (DBV) and SOIC (D) packages. The OPA2348-Q1 device is available in a SOIC-8 (D) package. The OPA4348-Q1 device is available in a TSSOP-14 (PW) package. The automotive temperature range of –40°C to +125°C increases design flexibility over the full supply voltage range.
