The OPA348AQDRQ1 family of devices are single-supply, low-power CMOS operational amplifiers. The OPAx348 family of devices features 1MHz extended bandwidth and 45µA supply current for low power applications operating from a single 2.1V to 5.5V supply.

The OPA348AQDRQ1 family of devices features a low supply current of 45µA and an input bias current of 0.5pA, making it ideal for low power, high impedance applications such as smoke detectors and other sensors.

The OPA348-Q1 device is available in SOT23-5 (DBV) and SOIC (D) packages. The OPA2348-Q1 device is available in a SOIC-8 (D) package. The OPA4348-Q1 device is available in a TSSOP-14 (PW) package. The automotive temperature range of –40°C to +125°C increases design flexibility over the full supply voltage range.
