Product Description:

The MPQ4420AGJ-AEC1-Z is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification step-down switching converter with built-in power MOSFETs. It provides a very compact solution with 2A continuous output current over a wide input range with excellent load and line regulation. The MPQ4420A operates in synchronous mode for higher efficiency over the output current load range. Current control mode provides fast transient response and makes the loop easier to stabilize. Comprehensive protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature shutdown protection. The MPQ4420A minimizes the use of existing standard external components and is available in a compact 8-pin TSOT23 package.
