The STM32G431K6U6Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. It also implements a full set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for enhanced application security.

STM32G431K6U6 These devices embed high-speed memory (up to 128 KB Flash, and 32 KB SRAM), extensive enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix .

The STM32G431K6U6 device also embeds several protection mechanisms for embedded flash and SRAM: read protection, write protection, secure memory area and proprietary code read protection.
