The STM32H730ZBT6 devices are based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 550 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core has a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The Cortex-M7 core includes 32 KB instruction cache and 32 KB data cache. STM32H730ZBT6 devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.

STM32H730ZBT6 devices contain high-speed embedded memory Flash with 128 KB, up to 564 KB of RAM (including 192 KB for ITCM and AXI, plus 64 KB for ITCM, plus 128 KB for AXI, 28 KB for DTCM, 48 KB for AHB and 4 KB for backup RAM), and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and multilayer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.
