The STM32H7B3ZIT6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at speeds up to 280 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core features a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. STM32H7B3xI devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.

The STM32H7B3xI devices contain high-speed embedded memory with 2 MB of dual-bank Flash, approximately 1.4 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, 1.18 MB of user SRAM, and 4 KB of backup SRAM), as well as individual Enhanced I/O and peripherals, three AHB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multilayer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.

All devices provide two ADCs, two DACs (one dual and one single), two ultra-low-power comparators, a low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timer, three low-power timers, a true random number generator (RNG), cryptographic acceleration unit and HASH processor. The device supports nine digital filters for an external sigma delta modulator (DFSDM). They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces.
