The STM32H750xB devices are based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core has a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. STM32H750xB devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.

STM32H750xB devices contain 128 KB of high-speed embedded memory with Flash, up to 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, up to 864 KB of user SRAM and 4 KB of backup SRAM), and extensive enhanced connectivity to the APB bus, AHB bus , 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix of I/O and peripherals and a multilayer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.
