Product Details

The ISO7041QDBQRQ1 device is an ultra-low-power multi-channel digital isolator that can be used to isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. The logic input and output buffers for each isolation channel are separated by a dual capacitor silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. An innovative edge-based architecture combined with an on-off keying modulation scheme enables these isolators to consume very low power while meeting the 3000VRMS isolation rating specified by UL1577. The ISO7041-Q1 device consumes less than 120 µA/Mbps per channel dynamic current consumption at 3.3 V and 3.5 µA per channel quiescent current consumption, allowing it to be used in system designs where power and thermal performance are critical.



ISO7041QDBQRQ1 The device operates down to 3.0 V and up to 5.5 V and is fully operational with different supply voltages on each side of the isolation barrier. The quad-channel isolator is packaged in a 16-QSOP with three forward channels and one reverse channel. The device has default output high and low options. ISO7041-Q1 devices without an F suffix default to output high and ISO7041F-Q1 devices with an F suffix default to output low if input power or signal is lost.
