AT91SAM9G15-CU The SAM9G15 is a member of the Atmel® | SMART family of 400 MHz ARM926EJ-S™ embedded microprocessor units. The MPU integrates a rich set of peripherals to support advanced embedded industrial applications requiring user interface and high-speed communication.

AT91SAM9G15-CU The SAM9G15 features a graphics LCD controller with 4-layer overlay and 2D acceleration (picture-in-picture, alpha blending, scaling, rotation, color conversion), and a 10-bit ADC panel supporting 4-wire or 5-wire resistive touchscreens. Multiple communication interfaces including a soft modem supporting the exclusive Conexant SmartDAA line driver, HS USB host and device and FS USB host with dedicated on-chip transceivers, two HS SDCard/SDIO/MMC interfaces, USART, SPI, I2S and TWI. A 10-layer bus matrix plus multiple DMA channels ensures uninterrupted data transfers with minimal processor overhead.
