LM53601MQDSXRQ1 synchronous voltage regulator device is optimized for automotive applications and can provide 5V, 3.3V output voltage or adjustable output voltage. LM53601MQDSXRQ1 supports load current up to 650mA, while LM53601MQDSXRQ1 supports load current up to 1000mA. LM53601MQDSXRQ1 device can realize voltage stabilization from 18V input to 3.3V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz using advanced high-speed circuit. These two devices adopt innovative architecture, and can also provide 3.3V regulated output when the input voltage is only 3.8V. The maximum input voltage can reach 36V, and the maximum allowable transient voltage can reach 42V, which simplifies the design of input surge protection. Open drain reset output has filtering and delayed release functions, which can provide correct system status indication.
