The STM32H723ZET6 device is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 550 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core has a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The Cortex-M7 core includes 32 KB instruction cache and 32 KB data cache. STM32H723xE/G devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.

STM32H723ZET6 devices contain up to 1 MB of high-speed embedded memory Flash, up to 564 KB of RAM (including 192 KB shareable between ITCM and AXI, plus 64 KB dedicated to ITCM, plus 128 KB dedicated to AXI, 128 KB for DTCM, 48 KB AHB and 4 KB backup RAM), and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and support for internal and external multi-level AXI interconnect memory access. To increase application robustness, all memories have error code correction (one error correction, two error detection).
