The NFVA35065L32 is an advanced Intelligent Power Module (IPM) that provides a full-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for hybrid and electric vehicles. These modules integrate optimized gate drive of the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple on-module protection features including under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, high temperature monitoring of the driver IC and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only one supply voltage and converts incoming logic-level gate inputs into the high-voltage, high-current drive signals needed to properly drive the module's internal IGBTs. A separate negative IGBT terminal is provided for each phase to support the widest range of control algorithms.
