The MAX25262AFOB/VY+ are small, synchronous step-down converter switches with integrated high-side and low-side. The device is designed to deliver up to 2A/3A with a 3.5V to 65V input voltage while using only 3.5µA of quiescent current at no load. The IC comes with a minimum on-time capability of 20ns, which enables large single-stage buck conversions without skipping cycles. The 98% maximum duty cycle and low high-side FET on-resistance enable low dropout operation for input voltage applications.
