The MAX20003CATPA/V is a small, synchronous step-down converter MOSFET with integrated high-side and low-side. Each device is designed to deliver up to 2A/3A at input voltages from 3.5V to 36V while using only 15µA of quiescent current at no load. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The device can operate in dropout by operating at a 98% duty cycle, making it ideal for automotive applications.
