The ADUM142E1BRZ is a quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc.'s iCoupler® technology. Combining high-speed, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air-core transformer technologies, these isolation components offer superior performance characteristics over alternative integrated couplers such as optocoupler devices. Maximum propagation delay is 13 ns at 5 V operation and pulse width distortion is less than 3 ns. Channels are closely matched to a maximum of 3.0 ns.
