The ADUM263N0BRIZ is a 6-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler® technology. Combining high-speed, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air-core transformer technologies, these isolation components offer superior performance characteristics over alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns and the pulse width distortion is less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel-to-channel matching propagation delay is 4.0 ns maximum.
