Cortex-A7 processors have a 32 KB L1 instruction cache per CPU, a 32 KB L1 data cache CPU and 256 KB L2 cache per CPU. The Cortex-A7 processor is an extremely power-efficient application processor designed to provide rich performance for high-end wearable devices, as well as other low-power embedded and consumer applications. It offers up to 20% better single thread performance than Cortex-A5 and offers similar performance to Cortex-A9.
