LFD2NX-40-7BG196I Semiconductor Certus ™- NX FPGA can provide up to twice the I/O density per square millimeter. Certus-NX FPGA has the best in class energy-saving, small size, reliability, and instant connection performance, and supports fast PCI Express (PCIe) and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces for data collaborative processing, signal bridging, and system control. FPGA based on Lattice Nexus ™ FPGA platform, using low-power 28nm FD-SOI technology. This device combines the extremely high flexibility of FPGA with the low power consumption and high reliability of FD-SOI technology (thanks to the extremely low SER). The Certus-NX series low-power general-purpose FPGA can be used in various applications across multiple markets, optimizing to meet the bridging and processing needs of edge applications.
LFD2NX-40-7BG196I Certus-NX FPGA supports various interfaces, including PCI Express (Gen1, Gen2), SGMII (Gigabit Ethernet), LVDS, and LVCMOS (0.9V-3.3V). The processing characteristics of this device include up to 39k logic units, 56 18 × 18 multiplier, 2.9Mb embedded memory (including EBR and LRAM blocks), distributed memory, DRAM interface (supporting DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2, and LPDDR3, with a data width of up to 1066Mbps × 16) . These FPGAs can quickly configure SRAM based reconfigurable logic structures and ultra fast programmable sysI/O configurations ™ (less than 3ms). In addition to the inherent high reliability of FD-SOI technology (thanks to its extremely low generator), it also supports various operational reliability features, such as built-in frame based SED/SEC (for SRAM based logical structures) and ECC (for EBR and LRAM). On chip dual 12 bit ADC is provided for system monitoring function.
LFD2NX-40-7BG196I provides many pre engineered IP (intellectual property) modules for the Certus NX series. By using these configurable soft IP cores as standardized modules, users can confidently focus on unique aspects of design, thereby improving productivity.
