Product Description:
The STM32G473CET6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 170 MHz. The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. It also implements a full set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.
STM32G473CET6 These devices embed high-speed memory (up to 512 KB Flash, and 128 KB SRAM) for static memory (for devices with 100 pins and more), a Quad-SPI Flash interface, and a connection to Two APB buses, two AHB's extensive enhanced I/O and peripheral buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
STM32G473CET6 The device also embeds several protection mechanisms for the embedded flash SRAM: read protection, write protection, secure memory area and proprietary code read protection. These devices embed peripherals that allow acceleration of math/arithmetic functions (CORDIC for trigonometric functions and FMAC unit for filter functions). They provide five fast 12-bit ADCs (4 Msps), seven comparators, six operational amplifiers, seven DAC channels (3 external and 4 internal), an internal reference buffer, a low power RTC, two, three general-purpose 32-bit timers, three dedicated to motor control, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one 16-bit low-power timer.
They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces such as:
- Four I2C
- Four SPIs multiplexed with two half-duplex I2S
- 3 USARTs, 2 UARTs and 1 low power UART.

- One SAI
- USB device
STM32G473CET6 The device operates from a 1.71 to 3.6 V supply over the -40 to +85 °C (+105 °C junction) and -40 to +125 °C (+130 °C junction) temperature ranges. A comprehensive set of power saving modes allows the design of low power applications. Several independent power supplies are supported, including inputs for analog independent power ADCs, DACs, OPAMPs, and comparators. VBAT input allows backup of RTC and registers.
