The STM32F730V8T6 device is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core has a single floating-point unit (SFPU) precision instruction and data type that supports Arm® single-precision data processing. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), enhancing application security.

The STM32F730V8T6 device integrates 64 KB of high-speed embedded memory with flash memory, 256 KB of SRAM (including 64 KB of data TCM RAM for critical real-time data), 16 KB of instruction TCM RAM (for critical real-time routines), in Offers 4 KB of backup SRAM in lowest power mode and extensive connectivity to two APB buses, two AHB buses, a 32-bit multiAHB bus matrix, and an enhanced I /O and peripheral memory access.

All STM32F730V8T6 devices provide three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, thirteen general-purpose 16-bit timers (including two PWM timers for motor control), two general-purpose 32-bit timers generator, a true random number generator (RNG).
