Product Description:
The STM32F732IET6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core has single floating point unit (SFPU) precision data processing instructions and data types that support Arm® single precision. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions as well as a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for enhanced application security.
The STM32F732IET6 device integrates high-speed embedded memory up to 512 KB of Flash, 256 KB of SRAM (including 64 KB of data TCM RAM for critical real-time data), 16 KB of instruction TCM RAM (for critical real-time routines), 4 KB of Backup SRAM provides modes at the lowest power consumption, and extensive enhanced I/O and peripheral connections to two APB buses, two AHB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multilayer AXI interconnect support both internal and external memory access.
All STM32F732IET6 devices provide three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, thirteen general-purpose 16-bit timers (including two PWM timers for motor control), two general-purpose 32-bit timers generator, a true random number generator (RNG). They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces.

Dedicated power inputs for USB (OTG_FS and OTG_HS) and SDMMC2 (clock, command and 4-bit data) are available in all packages other than LQFP100 and LQFP64, providing more power options. The supply voltage can be reduced to 1.7 V when using an external power monitor. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
