STM32H753VIH6 product description:
The STM32H753VIH6 device is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core has a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. STM32H753xI devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.
STM32H753xI devices contain high-speed embedded memory with dual banks of 2 MB of RAM, up to 1 Mbyte of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, up to 864 KB of user SRAM and 4 KB of backup SRAM), and a wide range of connections to Enhanced I/O and Peripheral Bus Matrix for APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB and multilayer AXI interconnect access to support internal and external memory.
All devices provide three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, one low-power RTC, one high-resolution timer, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, two motor PWM timer controls , five low-power timers, a true random number generator (RNG), and a cryptographic acceleration cell. These devices support four digital filters (DFSDM) for external sigma-delta modulators. They also have standard and advanced communication interfaces.

– JPEG hardware compressor/decompressorThe STM32H753VIH6 devices operate from a –40 to +85 °C temperature range with a 1.62 to 3.6 V supply. The supply voltage can be reduced to a 1.62 V monitor by using an external power supply (see Section 3.5.2: Power supply monitor) and connecting the PDR_ON pin to VSS. Otherwise the supply voltage must remain above 1.71 V, the embedded power supply enables the voltage detector.
All packages provide USB dedicated power inputs (OTG_FS and OTG_HS) except LQFP100 which allows for larger power options. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
