DRV83055QPHPRQ1 device is suitable for 3-phase electric motor drive IC. The equipment provided is three high-precision half-bridge drive units, each drive unit is equipped with one high- and low-N MOSFET. 100% low voltage operation, suitable for cold operating conditions. This device can withstand a maximum voltage of 45V.

DRV83055QPHPRQ1 device equipped with three bi-directional shunt dischargers, support variable gain setting and adjustable deviation reference, precise measurable low current.

DRV83055QPHPRQ1 equipment has an integrated compressor, a full-fledged microcontroller (MCU) or other system power requirements. Compressor can be directly connected to LIN physical interface, support low-cost system standby mode and sleep mode.
