Product Description:

The AMC3336QDWERQ1 is a precision isolated delta-sigma modulator optimized for high-impedance AC voltage measurements. This fully integrated isolated DC/DC converter enables single-supply operation on the low side of the device, making the device a unique solution for space-constrained applications. The reinforced capacitive isolation barrier is certified to VDE V 0884-11 and UL1577 and supports operating voltages up to 1.2kVRMS.

AMC3336QDWERQ1 This isolation barrier separates components in the system operating at different common-mode voltage levels and protects lower voltage components from high voltage surges.

The input of the AMC3336QDWERQ1 is optimized for direct connection to resistor networks or other high impedance voltage signal sources. Excellent dc accuracy and low temperature drift allow accurate voltage measurements over the industrial operating temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.

The AMC3336QDWERQ1 decimates the bit stream by using a digital filter such as a sinc3 filter, the device achieves 16-bit resolution and 85dB dynamic range at a data rate of 78kSPS.
