CC3235MODSM2MOBR uses this fully programmable wireless microcontroller (MCU) module to start your design. It is certified by FCC, IC/ISED, ETSI/CE, MIC and SRRC, and has built-in dual-band Wi-Fi connection. The module integrates 40MHz crystal, 32.768kHz RTC clock, 32Mb SPI serial flash memory, RF filter, duplexer and passive components.

SimpleLink ™ CC3235MODx module is available in two models:

CC3235MODS includes 256KB RAM, IoT network security, device identity and key, and MCU level security features, such as file system encryption, user IP (MCU image) encryption, security startup and debugging security.

CC3235MODSF is built based on CC3235MODS. In addition to 256KB of RAM, it also integrates a user-specific 1MB executable file flash memory.
